In this interactive session, Trig Ghosh will discuss several aspects of growth for students who plan to enter the professional arena. This discussion will focus on setting SMART goals, skills management, setting expectations, time management. Trig Ghosh got his MS and Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Tucson, Arizona. Trig's dissertation was based on his research on the ultrasonic non-destructive evaluation of materials using Lamb waves.

Trig currently works in Information Technology, where his primary responsibilities include team management and client engagement.
